Document Share With Informetica: Demo Part-IV

| STEP-1: | Informetica's Mark-Up Tool features a user-friendly toolbar, allowing you to select the option to place a Note or a Comment. The toolbar may be locked in place or may be unlocked (by clicking the padlock icon) to travel with you through the document. |
| STEP-2: | To add a Note, simply click the Note icon and place your cursor where you require the note to be placed and click. A dialogue box opens where you will add your text, then save. The Note will record the date and time as well as the author. Notes may also be moved to different locations in the document by clicking on the Directional icon in the Note dialogue box. |
| STEP-3: | Comments are similar but more robust than Notes. To add a Comment, click the Comment icon and highlight the text in the document upon which you wish to comment. This area will remain highlighted. To add a Comment to an existing Comment, simply click the icon within the highlighted area and proceed as you would with a Note or Comment. |
