Going Global To Discover New Technologies
In consultation with Industry Canada, the Communications Research Centre and Alberta Advanced Education and Technology, Sencia Canada Ltd. (developers of the Informetica LCMS, SIMS WCMS and People Track CMS) is looking East - Far East - to discover new technologies to offer to their clients and potential clients.
President Irene Kozlowski and Vice-President Joe Quaresima were invited to participate in an ICT Partnering Mission spear headed by ISTP Canada and Precarn Incorporated, April 9th - 15th, 2008 in Jinan and Chongqing, of the People's Republic of China. The purpose of their tour: to meet potential partners in these 2 cities for innovative research and development projects that may lead to Sencia offering new technology solutions to organizations, corporations and manufacturers in Canada and the U.S. To facilitate the formation of strategic technology partnerships, Ms. Kozlowski and Mr. Quaresima met with high level officials in government science and technology departments, and local governments, to discuss the local policies and programs that support International partnerships.
Says Ms. Kozlowski, "this is indicative of the lengths we go to at Sencia, to bring the latest innovations to our clients and to offer industry in Canada and the U.S. valuable solutions to their technology needs".
