Informetica's Experience Log module allows your learners to add their own training events that can then be approved by their manager. Email notifications can be set up to inform managers when they have a request for approval from a learner pending.
Subscriptions
Informetica allows for the advance purchase of a specific quantity of courses that can then be administered to groups of users. Subscriptions are available to clients with eCommerce.
