Irene Kozlowski: Managing Director, Co-Founder
Irene Kozlowski brings 20 years of experience in the corporate training industry, designing and marketing custom Learning Management Systems clients worldwide. Former Project Manager and Employee Development Manager with iPares Americas Ltd., Irene was responsible for developing the first online Learning Management System providing competency-based training and certification solutions to clients in the telecommunications and convergence industries. She also worked with Fortune 500 clients managing large-scale projects for clients worldwide.
Today, Irene is the Managing Director and Co-founder of Sencia Canada Ltd. She builds strong business relationships with Sencia's international clients ensuring that their business needs are continuously met. Irene received the prestigious "Influential Woman's Award" in 2007 and has been called upon to speak at numerous conferences regarding topics relating to Internet Marketing and Human Resources. Irene received her education at Lakehead University in the 1970's and later returned to Confederation College of Applied Arts and Technology, graduating from Computer Programming.
Irene is staunchly committed to working with the community. She is an active member of the Port Arthur Rotary Club and received a Paul Harris Fellowship from the Rotary Foundation of Rotarion International "in appriciation of tangible and significant assistance given for furtherance of better understading and friendly relations among peoples of the world. In addition, Irene is also a member of the Thunder Bay Executives Association and is an Advisory Board Member for Confederations Collete's International Business Program. Irene's spare time is spent organizing various charitable events, such as: Curling for Shelter House, Shelter House Corporate Relay, Team Corey, Thunder Bay's Blues Fest's "Rotary Ribs" and time-keeping at numerous road races and cross-country races throughout the city. Irene also enjoys spending time with her family traveling, skiing, and trying desperately to improve her golf score.
