  • Announcing Certification Sets

    This new feature lets you bundle a group of certifications into a set. A certification set is earned once all of the required certifications in the set are completed. Certification sets are printable just like certifications.

    Certification Set Reports

    The introduction of certification sets neccessitates new reports. Select the name of any report to view more details.

    1. R111 Individual Certification Progress 
      This new report lets you view one individual’s progress toward any of the certification sets they are eligible to earn as well as a summary of certification requirements. 
    2. R223 Certification Sets Progress 
      Use this new report to view the progress toward a specific certification set for users in selected user groups.

  • Certification Page Redesign

    The certification page has been redesigned and has new features. An individual now has more information about their own certification progress.  The new certification page has sortable headers, a visual progress indicator, and an expandable view containing the requirements for each certification.

    Reports

    The certification updates have also affected reports. Select the name of any report to view more details.

    1. NEW! R110 Individual Certification Progress 
      This new report lets you view an individual’s progress toward any of the certifications they are eligible to earn as well as a summary of the completion requirements. 
    2. R502 Certification Rules and Details 
      This report has been redesigned but is still used to view information related to a specific certification that is available to selected user groups.
    3. R209 Group Certification Progress
      This report has been enhanced with a new feature. The HTML version can now run a detailed report on a selected individual that can also be exported.

    If you wish to have any of these reports enabled, please enter a SRS ticket to request the report by number.

  • New Reports July 2018

    We have three new reports to announce!

    1. R109 Individual Progress & Grades. Use this report to view an individual's grades, progress, and completion. This report combines the features of R103 and R107, with the intention of replacing these older similar reports. 
    2. R224 Scheduled Course Enrollments. Use this report to generate a list of users enrolled in selected scheduled courses and the details of their enrollments.
    3. R405 Enrollment Gaps Report. Use this report to view a list of users who are not enrolled in a specific product.

    If you are interested in having any of these reports enabled on your Informetica LMS, please use the SRS tool to make a request.

  • Grading Tool Updates

    We have made a few adjustments to the Grading Tool. It has received a visual update and has several new features. These changes will be available to Site Managers on the preview site on Friday, March 9th, 2018. The changes will be live on March 21, 2018, when it will be available to any of your users who have access to the Grading Tool, such as Instructors.

  • Report Redesigns June 2017

    We're at it again! Three more report wizard reports have been redesigned to bring them into Informetica's reporting standards. This includes improved visual display and the addition of a summary. The following reports have been affected: R301, R501, and R602. Please see the reports manual for current images of the updated reports.

    These changes will be available for you to review on preview sites now. They will be live on June 28th when they will be viewable by enabled account types who have access to these reports.

    We're at it again! 8 report wizard reports have been redesigned to bring them into Informetica's reporting standards. This includes improved visual display and the addition of a summary. The following reports have been affected: R104, R205, R213, R401, R402, R403, R404, and R603. Please see the reports manual for current images of all eight reports.

    These changes will be available for you to review on preview sites on April 7, 2017. They will be available on your live sites on April 19, 2017 when they will be viewable by enabled account types who have access to these reports.

  • Affidavit eSignatures

    We have added a new feature to affidavits to allow for an additional level of authentication upon acceptance or rejection of the affidavit. Clients can now require an electronic signature for any affidavit. This feature can be toggled on or off upon affidavit creation or during an edit. When enabled, the learner will need to authenticate their rejection or acceptance of the affidavit by entering their username and password. To have this new feature enabled, please create a support ticket and request that the Affidavit Validation functionality be added to your site.

  • R106 Report Redesign

    Informetica's popular report on User Activity, R106, has undergone some exciting and extensive development improvements. The most noticeable changes include improved visual display and the addition of a summary version with graphs.

    These changes will be available for you to review on preview sites on January 13, 2017. R106 will go live on January 25, 2017 when it will be viewable by enabled account types who have access to the report.
