| STEP-1: | On the editing page, name your assessment/survey, select the format and publishing dates. Then, ensure that you designate the test as "Bucketed". Save, and click Edit Buckets. |
| STEP-2: | In the Edit Buckets section, click Create Buckets then name and add each bucket you create. A Bucketed Question is one which does not have a single correct answer, but rather offers a range of opinion-based responses which may or may not have points assigned to them (points/responses only viewable to those whose user access rights permit). You can assign different questions to different Buckets (i.e., a Hotel may have Hospitality, Facility and Food Services buckets for a customer survey). |
| STEP-3: | Once you have categorized your Buckets, head back to the exam editor to begin creating the assessment/survey questions. |
