| STEP-1: | In the exam editor, click Edit Sections to advance to the Edit Test Sections screen, where you will click Create Section. |
| STEP-2: | Name the section and (in the case of assessments and surveys) set the Pass Rate to 0%. Assessments and Surveys do not have correct or incorrect answers so there is no pass or fail level. |
| STEP-3: | Save, then click Create Question to begin writing your questions and setting the opinion based responses and their associated scores or weights. |
