Updates to Support Ticketing System

We have made a few adjustments to the Support Ticketing System (SRS Tool). It has received a minor visual update and has several new features. These changes will be available to Site Managers on Monday, May 1st, 2017. The new features include

  • Availability of all tickets (previously only the most recent tickets were listed)
  • Pagination
  • Filters
  • Export to CSV file format
