Updates to Ticketing Emails

We recently made a change to the support ticketing system. Site Managers receiving an email update on a ticket will now see the latest update at the top of the email and the oldest update will be at the bottom.

Now you won't have to scroll down to the bottom of the email to see the latest commuications about your ticket. When reviewing the ticket itself within Informetica, you will still need to scroll down to add new details or read the latest updates.
