R213 Report Modifications

There have been updates made to the existing R213 Report to enable managers to be able to verify users who have completed the products selected before the expiry date and after the expiry date. Completions have been split into these two categories on the top header as well as in a Donut Graph.

The  R213 report is used to generate a list of individuals enrolled to a single product, the date they enrolled, date of product completion, enrolment status, and the number of days they have left to access the product based on the expiry date, if applicable. This report shows the names of all individuals enrolled to the product, including archived users.

Additional Fields Added to R213 Report

The following fields have been added to the report as listed below:

STARTED
A status of “started” means that prior to the expiration date, the Participant started the product but did not complete the product.

NOT STARTED
A status of “Not Started” means that prior to the expiration date, the Participant shows no activity in the product.

EXPIRED
A status of “Expired” shows for every participant that did not meet the expiration date of the product. This is true even if an exception has been granted.
