We have added new sort options to the Accounts Managment Screen that allows Site Managers to sort by Last name or by ID. The filter will be visible on your live sites on Wednesday, March 11th, but you can view it on Preview sites now.
We have also revealed the Account ID, a unique identifier used in Informetica. The changes to the Accounts Managment Screen have made a small optimization to performance. This will be most noticable by clients that are working with large account lists.
Tip: When entering support tickets, using the Account ID instead of a name or email will help support staff resolve your issues more quickly.
