Instructors now have the ability to merge multiple Certifications and print them all at once. This is beneficial for Instructors that need to print and distribute certificates for all participants in a classroom setting rather than printing each user’s certificate individually.

Informetica now has the ability to generate multiple users earned Certifications as part of a batch process to print out many certifications. This update improves upon the former functionality of printing ‘one at a time’. Originally, accounts that earned a Certification could typically print their generated Certification from desktop utilities such as "My Certifications". The certification is presented in a full-page PDF document. A document was generated ‘on-demand’ on a one-to-one basis for the User Account and Certification.
New Export Option – User Certification Management List
You can now generate multiple PDF Certifications outputs as a “Batch” output from the LMS.
A Use Case example of this requirement;
- An instructor provides classroom training for a group of 20 students.
- At the end of the session, the instructor grades all 20 students and the LMS automatically awards their Certifications upon completing the requirements.
- The instructor provides physical print outs to all the students.
More Desktop Account Types to View
The User Certification Management List was designed and implemented with Campus Admin(entity_13) and Campus Manager(entity_6) in consideration. Improvements have been made so that all desktop accounts beyond Participant(entity_1) will have access to this view. (Such as Instructors and Publishers with the available filters and data displayed)
Single Row PDF Button to Users Certification Management List
The User Certification Management List has been updated by having the PDF button added to each row of the management List. A new configuration toggle has been added to show or hide this button.
Multi-Row PDF Export Button to Users Certification Management List
The User Certification Management List has been updated by having a new Export Option PDF button added to the top. This button will prompt the administrator to generate a batch of PDFs based on selected rows or up to a maximum of 100 items based on Informetica pagination behavior. (100 being the maximum to view on screen and a good limitation to ensure PDF generation does not impact site performance.) A new configuration toggle has been added to show or hide this button.
