Report Redesigns March 2017

We're at it again! 8 report wizard reports have been redesigned to bring them into Informetica's reporting standards. This includes improved visual display and the addition of a summary. The following reports have been affected: R104, R205, R213, R401, R402, R403, R404, and R603. Please see the reports manual for current images of all eight reports.

These changes will be available for you to review on preview sites on April 7, 2017. They will be available on your live sites on April 19, 2017 when they will be viewable by enabled account types who have access to these reports.

Affidavit eSignatures

We have added a new feature to affidavits to allow for an additional level of authentication upon acceptance or rejection of the affidavit. Clients can now require an electronic signature for any affidavit. This feature can be toggled on or off upon affidavit creation or during an edit. When enabled, the learner will need to authenticate their rejection or acceptance of the affidavit by entering their username and password. To have this new feature enabled, please create a support ticket and request that the Affidavit Validation functionality be added to your site.

Informetica's popular report on User Activity, R106, has undergone some exciting and extensive development improvements. The most noticeable changes include improved visual display and the addition of a summary version with graphs.

These changes will be available for you to review on preview sites on January 13, 2017. R106 will go live on January 25, 2017 when it will be viewable by enabled account types who have access to the report.

Detailed Response Metrics

Report R203, Group Questionnaire and Appraisal Scores, has received an update.  You can now receive detailed metrics at the distractor level for each question. This is available in the HTML version of the report.

R604 New Login Trend Report

We are excited to announce a new report, R604 Logins - Trends. It's perfect for clients who would like to know the peak and off-peak times of user traffic on their system. The responsive, mobile-friendly report provides the total and average number of LMS logins within a defined date range. R604 also graphs daily and hourly averages.
