Instructors now have the ability to merge multiple Certifications and print them all at once.  This is beneficial for Instructors that need to print and distribute certificates for all participants in a classroom setting rather than printing each user’s certificate individually. 

The Informetica LMS has been visually enhanced to make product expiration information instantly available to a user through automated pop-ups, new icons, new colours, and search results.  Using new toggles and a new banner, you can help your users understand exactly when a product is about to expire. Your site can now be configured to display these improvements. 

Traditionally, access to Completion Rules was only visible to Site Managers. With a new update, the Informetica LMS can now give the course author account types Campus Admin and Publisher the ability to view and modify product completion rules directly from their desktop. The product completion rules will only be available for products accessible by the account. Product access is defined by user type permissions as well as enrollments, such as campuses, user groups, and products.

The Manage Assets page has been updated to make the user experience more intuitive and streamline available page actions. This update will be available on preview sites on  Friday, October 29th, 2021 and on live sites on November, 3rd, 2021. This update affects account types that can manage or grade content. We have a new manage list to announce! R913 User Group Relationships provides an overview of user group relationships to LMS elements assigned to user groups (e.g., products, certifications, users). R913 can be filtered and exported as a data list. This list can be useful for reviewing the various relationships to ensure correct work flows or to confirm organizational requirements.
