Two new resources have been added to Site Manager Resources. The newly published Storefront Manual will be useful to our clients who have are using eCommerce with their Informetica solution.

Site managers can now customize the password settings and strength for specific campuses and organizations.

Informetica can now automatically create an internal supplemental training record for a user when they earn a certification.

We have added a new PDF view to certifications. You can now view certifications in HTML or download a PDF from the My Progress and Certification pages and from user profile pages. We can configure your system to show the HTML and PDF options as icons or text. If you want to take advantage of this new feature, please enter a SRS ticket to make the request and let us know if you want text or icons.

Site Managers can now register users to access codes from the accounts page.

The rounding feature used for transcripts pages has been replaced in favour of a more accurate two decimal place system. You will see this change on your live sites on June 18th, 2014.

We have introduced a way for end users to choose which Informetica page they would like to navigate to when exiting a Prova test before completing it.

We wanted to let you know about a few simple changes to the system. We have added new functionality to the manage user screen and updated all user manuals with revisions.

Every product and asset has a unique identifier in Informetica. This identifier is now visible for all users who have access to the Product Library and Manage Assets pages within the new ID column. It will now be easier for you to collect this ID number for use in other tools in the system, such as the import tool.
